    So Coventry has said NO to an elected mayor. Over 63 per cent of the vote was in favour of keeping the present system of local government. On a very rainy, cold unpleasant and unseasonal day and night just over 27 per cent of the eligible electorate turned out to vote.     So some Sky Blues fans are campaigning to get the rent reduced at the Ricoh Arena now that Coventry City FC are in league one.     A well attended meeting tonight for the Cov Says No campaign at the Methodist Central Hall. About 100 people in attendance including in the NO camp former Coventry City FC Chairman Joe Elliott, Cllr John Mutton, Cllr George Duggins and Coventry Telegraph political editor Les Reid on the panel of speakers.
