Call Centre Jobs in Coventry

 

The call centre industry has grown enormously over the last 20 years and there are plently of employers offering call centre jobs in Coventry.

Although many businesses have off-shored their customer contact centres, many of their customers have complained about an inferior service from these foreign contact centres. Although the staff do speak English many do so with a strong accent and this can lead to communication difficulties. Because of these problems and the subsequent customer dissatisfaction, many businesses have resisted the temptation to make perceived cost savings by off-shoring their call centre operation.

The Coventry Building Society is the third largest building society in the UK and has its headquarters in Coventry. They always have vacancies in Coventry for call centre jobs, from managerial positions to part time jobs.

Severn Trent Water has recently had a state of the art headquarters built in the centre of Coventry. They employ many hundreds of people on site and have opportunities from time to time for customer service apprentices and credit management advisors in their Coventry call centre.

Fusion is a call centre business in Coventry and has their centre in Parkside, Coventry, opposite the Coventry University Technology Park on Mile Lane. Fusion is part of the BGL insurance group and they handle over 700,000 customer calls every year.
