 Mowbray Manor is built on the grounds of the form Tile Hill College of Further Education.

There is a bus route on Tile Hill Lane which will get you into the city centre in about 20 minutes and there is a nearby rail station in Tile Hill Village. By rail you can be in Birmingham New Street in 20 minutes or link up with the rest of Great Britain via the West Coast Mainline.

 The University of Warwick is less than 10 minutes by car or a 20 minute brisk walk for the fitness fanatics. Next to the campus is Canon Park Shopping Centre with a variety of shops and a fitness gym.

Head towards the city centre and you will find Coventry Business Park on the site of the former Standard Triumph Motor Company. Here you will find a large Sainsbury's, some fast food outlets and The Village Hotel and Leisure Complex with a private swimming pool for members and hotel guests.

Also nearby is The Windmill Village Hotel Golf and Leisure Club in the Allesley area of Coventry.

 Mowbray Manor is close to then A45 trunk road with good connection to the national road network and only a short drive to Birmingham Airport just off the A45 at Elmdon.

 This development consists of 2 bedroom apartments and 3 and 4 bedroom houses.

 There are schools nearby including Tile Hill Wood Girls School and Woodlands Boys School. Tile Hill Wood is a specialist language school and Woodlands specialises in sport.
