NEW HOMES DEVELOPMENTS IN COVENTRY

Bannerbrook Park is a new development on and near the former Massey Ferguson Tractor Factory in Banner Lane, Tile Hill, Coventry.

This is a part of Coventry that is close to beautiful countryside and just a 15 minute drive from Coventry City Centre. There is a local train station at Tile Hill with fast links to Coventry City Centre and other destinations on the West Coast Main Line such as London, Rugby, Birmingham International (for the NEC and airport) Birmingham New Street and the North of England and Scotland.

 There are schools nearby including Tile Hill Wood Girls School and Woodlands Boys School. Tile Hill Wood is a specialist language school and Woodlands specialises in sport. Woodlands have many former pupils who became famous sportsmen, Dave Morcroft former 5,000m world record holder, rugby union internationals Neil Back and Danny Grewcock of  England.

 Bannerbrook Park is close to the A45 trunk road and is also served by numerous bus services. The University of Warwick which is actually in Coventry, is just a short 10 minute drive and there is also a bus service to the campus. Next to the University is the Cannon Park Shopping Centre with a wide variety of shops and a fitness gym.

There is a sports centre in Tile Hill Village and a local pub, The Bell Inn which serves food. Further along Station Street towards Burton Green there is another pub, The Peeping Tom on Cromwell Lane. Turn left onto Red Lane in Burton Green and you will be in the historic town of Kenilworth in just a few minutes, with its historic Castle Grounds and Ruins.

Also nearby is The Windmill Village Hotel Golf and Leisure Club in the Allesley area of Coventry.

So as you can see Bannerbrook Park, Coventry is a great location and there are properties ranging from apartments to exclusive detached houses.
