Renting in Coventry

It is hard for people to get on the property market these days with banks and building societies asking for large deposits before considering a mortgage application. More and more people are having to rent in Coventry because of this lack of money supply and more Coventry property owners are finding it hard to sell property in Coventry. These owners are putting their houses for rent in Coventry. They are doing this because they have their own financial reasons which can be varied.
Ian has worked as a ships Master in the offshore industry in Asia for the last 20 years and is thinking of retiring in the next 5 or 6 years. He has enjoyed his life at sea but as he gets older he wants to retire and live in Coventry where most of his family are.
Ian has decided to buy a house in Coventry and then make it available for renting in Coventry  while he is still working.
His tenants are called Angela and Sean and they have moved from the North of England to find jobs in Coventry. They both attended Coventry Uni and have come back to the city having left their pub business up North. Angela and Sean came back to Coventry because of their contacts in the Coventry business community. In the current economic climate they were looking to rent in Coventry and Ian's house was perfect for them.
Angela says "We wanted to find houses for rent in Coventry and so we started by looking in Estate Agents in Coventry. There is a wide choice of places to rent in Coventry from rooms to rent and flats to rent, but we decided we wanted to find houses to rent in Coventry. We also contacted letting agents Coventry and registered our details with them. Within a day we had four homes to rent in Coventry to view, and when we saw Ian's house we both wanted it immediately and we paid a deposit at the viewing to the Coventry letting agent.
Sean said "When we were students at Coventry Uni we lived in a rented flat in Earlsdon and we really like this area of Coventry. We were thrilled when we saw Ian's house because it is in Chapelfields, a neighbourhood next to Earlsdon. These are both vibrant areas of Coventry with plenty going on and with plenty of choice when renting in Coventry".
